- Paxton N. Hurst, 17, Emerick Road, Kensington, and Charles L. Butcher, 47, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, were northbound on state route 45 in Center Township at 9 a.m. Thursday and Hurst stopped for a red traffic signal and Butcher struck Hurst's vehicle in the rear. Butcher was cited for speeding-assured clear distance ahead.
