- A Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, man reported at 8:36 p.m. Wednesday he had his wallet stolen from his vehicle while he was parked at Beaver Local High School. The wallet contained $15 and various cards. When he called to cancel his cards he found someone had already used his car at Uni-Mart in Lisbon for $103 and Tractor Supply in Salem twice for $428 and $396.

- Richard McLemore, state Route 165, East Palestine, reported at 11:56 p.m. Wednesday he heard banging on his back door and found a man lying on his back porch with another man leaving. The man lying on the ground, Dale Lowe, told McLemore he was chased by another man and was banging on the door for help while he was punched numerous times. Lowe had injuries to his nose, lip, knee, hand and head.

- A Wick Street, Salineville, woman reported at 6:34 p.m. Wednesday she was harassed and threatened by her sister while sitting in a vehicle at B and K Carryout.

- A Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, woman reported at 11 p.m. Wednesday a man had been at her home earlier, yelling at her and had thrown a chair in her living room. He cut himself on the chair and left bleeding.

- Jack and Helen Lucas, Lynchburg Road, Kensington, reported at 4:22 p.m. Wednesday their son became upset because they went out to eat while he was at school and he had to eat at home. He began throwing things in the house and struck his mother in the forehead with a pot. Ronald Lucas, 20, was charged with domestic violence.

- A West Main Street, Salineville, woman reported at 11:33 a.m. Wednesday his daughter was being unruly and got out of her car on Glasgow Road. Deputies found the 14-year-old down the road, who claimed her mother was upset and driving recklessly so she told her to let her out of the car. Deputies returned the girl to her mother and they drove away, but only a short distance before the mother pulled over again because the daughter was yelling at her. Deputies spoke to the girl, warning her to stop arguing with her mother. Later, deputies were called to the house for a domestic situation between the two, but both said there would be no more problems.

- A state Route 170, Negley, man reported at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday damage to a vehicle. His girlfriend told deputies the car she drives had been struck while parked in the driveway overnight.

- Humane Officer Jan Palmer requested assistance while she went to a home on Glasgow Road, Wellsville at 7:21 a.m. Wednesday. She was investigating an issue regarding a horse and the owner had come home. The horse's owner was able to catch the loose horse.
