- A Quay Road, Negley, woman reported at 10:18 a.m. Monday on Sunday morning she found someone had placed a ladder up to her bathroom window, but no one got in because the window was locked.

- Linda Dickson, Crestview High School principal, reported at 2:55 p.m. Monday on two occasions in January Power Aid drinks have been stolen from a locked classroom.

- Lisa Himes, Jump Start Day Care, reported at 3:12 p.m. Monday a man she knows called her to let her know he was coming to pick up his children and there was a protection order in place. Deputies arrived and the father showed the new paperwork he had received in court Monday making him the residential parent. The mother of the children also arrived and confirmed the change.

- A Fairfield Township woman reported at 1:32 p.m. Monday her debit card would not work when she stopped to get gas. She had just deposited money on Thursday. She called her bank and found someone used her debit card number to purchase plane tickets from Qatar to Paris, France, on Sunday.

- A man reported at 7:55 a.m. Monday he was at the Salineville Car Wash when an older black pickup backed into his vehicle and fled the scene. There was a hole in the grill of his vehicle from the hitch of the truck.

- A state Route 45, Wellsville, woman reported at 11:40 p.m. Saturday there was an underage drinking party. While searching for the party, deputies found two vehicles parked in a pull off along state Route 45. Two man were there, as well as a 17-year-old East Liverpool girl, lying in the back seat of one of the vehicles. She told deputies she was taken there by her friends because she was cold. Her father came to pick her up.

- A Hazel Run Road, Salineville, woman reported at 12:28 p.m. Friday her neighbors are continually parking on their property, because the neighbors have a poor driveway.

- A Laura Avenue, Homeworth, man reported at 9:12 p.m. Saturday his home was struck by a bullet at about 3 p.m. They felt the walls shake at that time. Just prior to calling they found the bullet in an upstairs room.

- Louis Landon Michael Reynolds, West Main Street, New Waterford, was charged with OVI after deputies saw him driving erratically in the area of state Route 517 and state Route 7 at at 3:08 a.m. Saturday.
