LISBON - Curtis W. Smith, 32, North Fifth Street, Toronto, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Friday to five years probation for receiving stolen property.
According to court documents, Smith had miscellaneous steel and tow boat parts belonging to William Price Jr. in his possession on June 12, 2011. Smith pleaded guilty to the charge in October.
