Aliyah weighed 6 pounds and 3.1 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. She joins a sister, Kayla.
Maternal grandparents are Scott and Teri Rauch of East Palestine.
Paternal grandparents are Richard Beight of East Palestine and Lori Beight of Salem.
Great-grandparents are Sandy and Jerry Conner, James Glendening and Carol Rauch, all of East Palestine, and Paul Rauch of Florida.
