Daughter, Victoria Rose Croxall, born at 8:01 p.m. Sept. 18 at St. Elizabeth's in Youngstown, to Jack and Stephanie (Masters) Croxall I, 1620 Country Club Ave., Youngstown 44514.
Victoria weighed 9 pounds and 6 1/2 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches log. She joins a brother, Jack "Andrew" Croxall II, 4.
Maternal grandparents are Edward R. and Norma Masters Jr. of Salem, formerly of Hanoverton.
Paternal grandparents are Millie-Jo Thornton of Massillon and Jack D. Croxall Jr. of East Liverpool.
Maternal great-grandparents are Edward R. and Claire Masters Sr. of Salem, formerly of Hanoverton, Mary-Lou Arcuragi and Ruth Croxall, both of East Liverpool.
