Mr. and Mrs. Howard C. Wilhelm mark 70th wedding anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Howard C. Wilhelm recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary at a dinner with the family. They reside on the campus of Copeland Oaks at 800 S. 15th St., Sebring.

The former Gladys A. Bailey and Howard C. Wilhelm were married on July 6,1941, at St. Jacob's United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Carl W. Bormuth officiating.

Mr. Wilhelm is the son of the late Charles E. and Leeta Cope. He retired after 38 years at Spatholt's Hardware in Leetonia. He served in the 5th Armored Division during World War II.

Mrs. Wilhelm, daughter of the late Stallo D. and Mildred Brinker Bailey, worked with her father in Sandy and Beaver Valley Farmers Mutual Insurance Co. She then retired after 18 years in the accounting department of Warren Molded Products.
