The bride-elect is the daughter of David and Karen Navoyosky of Salem. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in fashion design and is employed as a kidswear designer by Nordstrom Inc. in Seattle, Wash.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Hernan and Emely Etcheto of Olympia, Wash. He graduated from Duke University with a degree in mathematics. Mr. Etcheto is a marketing executive at Nutriom LLC in Olympia, Wash.
