Jocelyn weighed 9 pounds and 6 ounces and was 20 inches long. She joins two brothers, Peyton, 4; and Trevor, 1.
Maternal grandparents are Brian and Janice Bell of Salem.
Paternal grandparents are David George and Sharon Buckley George of Freeport, Texas.
Maternal great-grandparents are Helen Todd of Columbiana, and Charles and Martha Bell of Salem.
