Roger and Sue Ann Ruzek of Sebring celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Nov. 19. They were united in marriage on Nov. 19, 1960, at St. Adelbert Catholic Church in Dillonvale with Father Adam Stromski officiating.
Mr. Ruzek is the son of the late Joseph and Stella (Bednarek). He has worked as a funeral director at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home in Sebring for 31 years.
His wife, the former Sue Ann Robinson, is the daughter of the late William and Lillian (Deaton) Robinson. She worked as an assistant librarian at the Sebring Library.
They have four children, Roger Jr. of Beloit, Richard (Patti) of Ocean Isle, N.C., Robert (Polly) of Sebring and Missy (Don) Sweatt of Franklinville, N.C.; and eight grandchildren.
The Ruzeks spent their anniversary touring the Hawaiian Islands with their children and their spouses.
