Dave and Kathy Gano of 343 Highland Ave., Salem, are announcing the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Samantha Gano, to Marshall Bahr. He is the son of Mike and Deb Bahr of Omaha, Neb.
The couple's private wedding ceremony will be held at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Pennsylvania. Invitations have been issued for the reception to follow.
The bride-elect graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design. She is an interior designer at WD Partners in Columbus.
The prospective bridegroom is a former Army Ranger Special Operation Combat Medic. He currently attends Ohio State University and is planning to attend medical school in the spring after graduation.
