Mr. and Mrs. Ron Cushman of Salem are announcing the marriage of their daughter, Connie Whinnery, to Jeff Miller. He is the son of the late Ron and Ritchie Miller.
The couple exchanged vows at Lake Tahoe on Sept. 9 and honeymooned in Nevada and California.
The couple will reside in Port Orange, Fla.
