Family and friends came together to celebrate the marriage of Theresa Moon to Dwyane Conrad at 3 p.m. May 22 at the North Lima Mennonite Church in North Lima. The bride is the daughter of Mary and Scott Moon. The bridegroom's parents are Carolyn and the late Dean Conrad.
Pastor Larry Rohrer, the bridegroom's cousin, officiated. The ceremony featured pianist Hannah Steiner, the bridegroom's cousin; and soloist James McClellan.
The bride's strapless gown was accented by rhinestones, pearls, metallic embroidery and crystal beads. It featured asymmetrical rouching and a chapel-length train. She wore a satin jacket and a pearl and ribbon decorated veil she handmade as well as a crystal tiara loaned by her friend, Tracey Orwell.
Attending the bride as maid of honor was her friend Elaine Pekarovic of Austintown who wore a sleeveless purple tea-length gown. The bride's nieces, Sydney, Sarah, and Samantha Moon of Boardman, all served as junior bridesmaids in matching white dresses with full skirts. All of the ladies carried purple silk bouquets featuring flowers handmade by the bride.
Serving as best man was Steve Arkwright of Homeworth.
The reception was held at The Georgetown in Boardman.
The couple resides in Columbiana.
