- Gary Gorby Sr., 58, state Route 165, East Palestine, was northbound on state Route 165 in Unity Township at 6:58 p.m. Friday when he slowed to turn into a drive and was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Torie Lee McGraw, 20, East Martin Street, East Palestine. A front seat passenger in Gorby's vehicle, Margaret Gorby, 56, same address, was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital by East Palestine EMS to be checked for possible injuries. McGraw was cited with assured clear distance.

- Christopher Smith, 34, East Pershing Street, Salem, was southbound on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 3:58 p.m. Friday when the vehicles in front of him stopped for the traffic light at state Route 46. Smith struck the back of a vehicle driven by Ezekiel Varnes, 23, Akron, before overturning his vehicle onto the side. The impact caused Varnes' vehicle to strike the back of the vehicle in front of him driven by Christopher Sheville, 20, Ware Road, East Liverpool. Everyone involved declined medical treatment. Smith was cited with assured clear distance.

-Travis Calvin, 24, Graham Street, Lisbon, was cited with rules for driving in marked lanes at 3 p.m. Tuesday after he was northbound on state Route 164 in Center Township and went off the right side of the road. He then overcorrected to the left, went off the left side of the road and struck a guardrail. He was not injured.
