Hilda Kirbaugh of Rogers, formerly of East Liverpool, celebrated her 90th birthday on June 16. She lives with her daughter, Mrs. (Phil) Janet Brinker. Mrs. Kirbaugh also has a son, Gerald Kirbaugh of Rogers, and another daughter, Mrs. (Larry) Susan Collins of East Liverpool.
