Rudolph H. Frank
LEETONIA-Rudolph H. Frank, 87, of 146 Chestnut Street, died Tuesday at his home.
Mr. Frank was born May 18, 1922, in Germany, a son of Herman and Helen Miller Frank, and had lived in this area most of his life.
Rudolph had worked as a bricklayer and mason for many years. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Leetonia. He was also a member of Leetonia Lodge #401 F&AM, the Joe Williams Post #131 American Legion and the Leetonia Sportsman Club. He served in the U.S. Army during WW II.
His wife, the former, June Bernice Eck, whom he married Dec. 31, 1945, died Aug. 9, 2005.
He is survived by a daughter, Doris (Jim) Brocklehurst of Stoneboro, Pa.; two sons, Herbert (Sandy) Frank of Waxahachie, Texas, and Max (Cassie) Frank of Worland, Wy.; six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Gertrude Brod; and a brother, Herbert Frank.
Masonic services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with memorial services to follow. Pastor Kari Lankford will officiate. There are no calling hours. Interment will be in the Oakdale Cemetery in Leetonia.
