Quakers’ season ends

The Salem Quakers' season came to an end Friday night in New Philadelphia, but it wasn't without the support of an entire community. Droves of Quaker fans made the drive to support Salem who held a 10-6 halftime lead before finally falling to perennial power Steubenville 34-10. Salem made its first playoff appearance in school history and finished the season at 9-3. (Salem News photo by B.J. Lisko)
