LISBON - A Salineville man accused of failing to show up for a court hearing was served Thursday with a secret indictment for a felony count.

Mark H. Felton, 35, whose last known address was 6691 County Road 55, was charged by the Columbiana County grand jury with failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony.

Court documents alleged Felton didn't show up for a pre-trial hearing set for Aug. 15, 2008 in a felony case for non-support of dependents. He was out of jail on a recognizance bond at the time.
