EAST PALESTINE- Donna L. Berg, 58, of 3171 Wallace Road, died at 5:03 a.m. Thursday at her residence.

Born Dec. 18, 1950, in Rochester, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Donald David and Effie Moldovan Muir.

For the past eight years she had been employed with Maxim Home Health Care of Boardman.

Survivors include her husband, Ernest F. Berg Sr., whom she married March 24, 1973; a son, Ernest F. Berg, Jr. of East Palestine; a daughter, Lee Helisek of East Palestine; six grandchildren; two sisters, Beth Davis of East Palestine and Melodie Heiland of New Waterford; and two brothers, Neal Muir of Centerville, Va., and Tom Muir of New Waterford.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home, with a service to be held at the conclusion of calling hours. Burial will be in Crest Haven Memorial Gardens in New Waterford (www.oliver-linsley.com).
