Payton weighed 6 pounds and 12.4 ounces. She joins a brother, James, 7.

Maternal grandparents are Steve and Lisa Ingram of East Liverpool and the late Joseph Garcia Sr. of East Liverpool.

Paternal grandparents are Deborah McLaughlin of Alliance and the late Jeffrey McLaughlin.

Great-grandparents are Dorothy Tompkins and Edward and Tika Garcia, all of East Liverpool, and Ruby Moyer of Salem.

Daughter, Ellery Worth Rogowsky, born Oct. 4, to Michael and Tobey Rogowsky, 106 N. Elm St., Columbiana.

Ellery weighed 7 pounds and 3 ounces. She joins Linley, 5; and Faith, 3.

Maternal grandparents are Nancy Fast of Salem and David and Sarah Fast of Streetsboro.

Paternal grandparents are Durwood and Martha Rogowsky of Salem.

Great-grandparents are Robert and Laura Hodge, William and Connie Fast and Edith Rogowsky, all of Salem; and Frank and Joan Tucker of Berlin Center.

Great-great-grandmother is Grace Cooper of Salem.
