Abbie Therese Zippert and Seth Michael Sharp were married at 1:30 p.m. May 16 at St. Ann Church in Cleveland Heights. The couple's parents are Katy and Mike Zippert of Cleveland Heights and Glenda and Phil Sharp of 12995 Beloit Snodes Road, Beloit. The Rev. David Halaiko officiated. Nuptial music was provided by Mimi Connors on the organ.
The maid of honor was Erin Lustic.
The best man was Nathan Sharp, the bridegroom's brother.
Bridesmaids were Heather and Lara Jones. Attendant's dresses were celadon green, strapless, fitted bodice with A-line skirts. They carried bouquets of pink roses with white lilies.
Groomsmen were Jon Grubbs and Gary Smith. Ushers included Brian and Chris Zippert, the bride's brothers. Readers were Kristen Thomas and Kim Tetmeyer, the bride's cousins, and Rodger and Greg Sharp, the bridegroom's brothers.
Kyla and Kira Sharp, the bridegroom's nieces, were in charge of guest book and programs.
Escorted by her father, the bride's white, strapless gown featured a fitted bodice with a long, tucked train. Her veil was off the face and waist length. She carried a bouquet of pink and white lilies and roses.
Approximately 150 guests attended the reception at the Union Club in downtown Cleveland. The couple honeymooned in Riviera Maya, Mexico. They currently live in Cleveland Heights.
The newlyweds obtained their registered nurse degrees at Malone College. The bride works on the pediatric floor at University Hospital in Cleveland. Until recently the bridegroom worked at the Cleveland Clinic in cardiac intensive care. This fall he plans to attend the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist program at Youngstown State University.
