Joseph Reitz, 42, Louisville Street, Homeworth, was charged with OVI at 4:23 p.m. Monday on Homeworth Road in Knox Township after his northbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway, struck a mailbox, reentered the roadway, went off the right edge again, struck an embankment, entered a field and struck a ditch as he was trying to get it back on the roadway.

Brittany Furbee, 17, state Route 213, Irondale, was cited for reasonable control at 7:53 p.m. May 8 on Osbourne Road in Madison Township after her eastbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway, struck an embankment and a tree stump and overturned. She received non-life-threatening injuries.

Kyle Graff, 18, Spring Hill Drive, Leetonia, was cited for assured clear distance ahead at 2:40 p.m. Monday on Crestview Road in Fairfield Township after his eastbound vehicle passed a lawn mower and struck the rear of a vehicle driven by John Dilling, 58, Waterford Road, New Waterford, which had also passed the lawn mower and was stopped in traffic.

Alayna Horner, 20, Yeager Drive, East Liverpool, was cited for assured clear distance ahead at 2:55 a.m. Monday on state Route 267 in St. Clair Township after Daniel Barker, 24, Y&O Road, Wellsville, slowed his northbound vehicle to turn into a private driveway and Horner's vehicle struck the rear of his vehicle.

Jackie Maury, 50, Waynesburg, was cited for assured clear distance ahead at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday on Knox School Road in Knox Township after he drove too fast into a curve and a mobile home attached to his northbound vehicle detached, slid off the right edge of the roadway and overturned.

Nikolaos Mikouis, 64, Cortland, was driving north at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 164 in Center Township when his vehicle struck a goose.
