Phone harassment
At 1:03 p.m. Sunday, police responded to the 100 block of 3rd St. where the complainant advised a known male subject was calling and saying things she did not like. He was to have no contact with her. Police proceeded to a residence in the 800 block of W. Pershing St. and spoke with that subject who advised it was the complainant calling and harassing him, and saying things he did not like. Both parties were advised to cease calling each other and if they see the other's phone number on their caller IDs not to answer. Both said they would do that.
Prowler
At 12z28 a.m. Monday, police responded to the 1100 of S. Lincoln Ave., regarding a prowler. The complainant advised there were footprints in the snow and believed it was from her ex-husband. The complainant believes he may still have a key to the apartment and police advised her of the options.
Loud person
At 11:49 p.m. Sunday, police responded to the 300 block of E. 5th St. where they received information on a subject with outstanding warrants. Officers heard loud music and voices and made contact with a highly intoxicated homeowner and advised him to turn the music down and quiet down. Officers asked to search the residence for the suspect individual and were unable to find him.
Warrant check
At 1:21 p.m. Monday, police responded to Lexington Ave. to check on a subject with an outstanding warrant at the request of Washingtonville police. Officers conducted a consent search and he wasn't there.
Speak with officer
At 9:26 a.m. Monday, police responded to the 2300 block of Southeast Blvd. responding to a medical call and were advised of an incident that occurred the previous week and the complainant wanted it documented. Not much information could be obtained due to privacy laws.
Delivery message
At 8:47 a.m. Monday, police responded to E. 5th St. to deliver a message for a female subject about the in-laws having money to get the husband out of jail after he was arrested during a weekend incident. Police attempted to locate the address and there was no answer.
Water line breaks
At 5:58 a.m. Monday, police observed water in several different area of Franklin Ave. and Whinnery Road and advised the water department and flares were set. Police stoodby for traffic control.
At 11:29 a.m. Sunday, police responded to the 1100 block of Newgarden Ave. and located a waterline leak and advised the water department. It was small and they were not going to handle it at the time of the report unless it got worse. They were to be notified if it did.
Vandalism
At 6:57 a.m. Monday, police responded to the 200 block of N. Ellsworth Ave. where the complainant advised their vehicle had black paint on the hood and driver's door.
Civil matter
At 6:31 p.m. Sunday, police received a complaint on station from a female complainant regarding a problem with her ex-husband. Officers advised it was a civil matter.
Warrant check
At 11:54 p.m. a.m Sunday, police responded to the 600 block of Cherry St. for a wanted subject on an unconfirmed warrant. The warrant was not entered into LEADS.
Medical
At 1:01 p.m. Sunday, police responded to the 500 block of E. 4th St. to make a welfare check on a female having medical issues. First responders and an ambulance crew were there and the woman was OK.
