These board members work together pooling their time and resources and effectively operate as an organized group making our community a better place in which to live and work.
On Friday, Jan. 9 the Board of Directors will gather to make plans for 2009. Each year the board holds a strategic planning session to work on a focused Program of Work for the year's agenda. Many ideas are discussed, and goals and objectives are drafted from that special meeting. Committee assignments are then made and the work of the Chamber organization begins upon a designated course for the upcoming year.
