Felicity Rene Barrett exchanges vows with Alexander Sweeney

Felicity Rene Barrett became the bride of Alexander Sweeney in a double-ring ceremony on Oct. 10 at Always and Forever Chapel in Las Vegas, Nev.

The bride is the daughter of Jenette Barrett McClellan and Gordon McClellan of Falls Church, Va., formerly of Salem, and the granddaughter of Tonia and Jim Gerber of Salem and Charlie and Dorthy Delp of Arizona, formerly of Salem.

The bridegroom's parents are William and Cynthia Sweeney of Falls Church, Va.

Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride appeared in a long white satin gown accented with a green clover band and train. Her white veil also was enhanced with a green clover trim.

She carried a bouquet of red roses highlighted with baby's breath.

Tiffany Badger of Myrtle Beach, S.C., the bride's cousin, was the maid of honor.

Justin Lindquist of Falls Church, Va., served as best man.

The ring bearer was Ernie Johnson of Fairfax, Va.

Approximately 20 guests attended the reception at the Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino. Jan Delp presided at the guest book.

Following a honeymoon to Hawaii, the couple resides in the Manassas, Va. area.

The bride graduated with two associate's degrees from Northern Virginia Community College and from George Mason University with a bachelor's degree in psychology.

The bridegroom graduated from Falls Church High School. He is employed as a plumber following graduation from plumbing school.

Another reception will be held in the Salem area.
