John and Pat Seibert of Columbiana and Gary and Gay Jamison of Grove City, Pa., are announcing the recent marriage of their children, Evan Seibert and Cindy Black on Oct. 3.
The couple currently resides in East Palestine, along with their children, Brittany and Brandon.
Invitations will be issued for a reception to be held on Nov. 22 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post on Taggart Street, East Palestine.
