LISBON - In county Municipal Court Tuesday, Steven Wolfe, 49, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was given two years probation and fined $200 for domestic violence.
Wolfe kicked and grabbed his girlfriend by the throat and arms on July 7 because she reportedly stole his keys. Wolfe also struck her in the mouth and she did bite him.
Tara Dattilio, 39, South Lincoln Avenue, was given two years probation and fined $200 for persistent disorderly conduct.
Dattilio stole keys from her boyfriend Steven Wolfe and bit him in the hand during a fight on July 7.
Jason Grace, 29, Alliance, was given one year probation, 20 hours community service and fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
Grace was sitting in a chair outside the Guilford Grille, East Lake Road, on Aug. 9 and refused to leave. He also yelled obscenities at the bartender.
Micah Artman, 18, Echo Dell Road, Rogers, was sentenced to two years probation, six months license suspension and $280 fine for first offense OVI.
Artman was stopped for a headlight violation on state Route 7 on Sept. 20.
Gregory Harper, 38, Goshen Road, Salem, was given two years probation and fined costs only for misuse of a credit card. The charge of theft was dismissed.
Harper was employed at Fleming Steel for less than one month when he violated a company credit card policy, spending more than $700.
Mark Steeb, 51, Duquesne Street, Columbiana, pleaded not guilty to failure to demolish.
Steeb was allegedly given over 60 days to remove a nuisance residence and two garages located at 254 South Elm Street in Columbiana but failed to do so.
Geoffrey Cody, 23, Hartley Road, Beloit, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence; pretrial Oct. 6.
Jamie Pastore, 21, Union Street, Washingtonville, pleaded not guilty to first offense OVI and disorderly conduct; pretrial Oct. 23.
Rachel Kreps, 21, Lakeview Drive, Hanoverton, pleaded not guilty to second offense OVI and failure to control; pretrial Nov. 4.
Kreps was involved in an accident on state Route 9 on Sept. 21.
Ross Chaplow, 27, Metz Road, Columbiana, was sentenced to two years probation, 40 hours community service and a $100 fine for theft.
Chaplow broke the seal on his electric meter and turned his electric back on after it was shut off at a North Elm Street residence on July 24.
Bret Phillips, 21, Lock Haven, Pa., pleaded not guilty to obstructing justice; pretrial Nov. 3.
Brian Mint, 27, North Lundy Avenue, Salem, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of theft.
Mint allegedly stole a Georgetown Road mans truck on Aug. 30 and was pursued by the man and confronted. According to the report, Mint fled and tried to enter a home via the roof but fell off and was taken into custody.
Stephen Early, 39, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to first offense OVI; pretrial Nov. 4.
Robert Franklin, 22, East Martin Street, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to first offense OVI; pretrial Nov. 18.
