Galadriel Lorien Harsh and Samuel Paul Monte were united in marriage on Jan. 12 at the First Presbyterian Church in Newell, W. Va. The couple's friend and pastor , Rev. Brian Kilbert, officiated at the 4 p.m. ceremony.
The bride was escorted by her friend, Gerald Richards, of Toronto, Ohio, and given in marriage by her Aunt Tracy Harman of East Liverpool. She was attired in a satin gown adorned with sequins, embroidered lace halter, and an empire waist attached to a navy blue sash that followed the chapel-length train.
The bride is the daughter of Darrin Harsh of Salem and the late Michelle Harsh.
The bridegroom is the son of Ralph and Cynthia Monte of East Liverpool.
The bridesmaids wore satin navy blue and champagne tea-length dresses. Amber Bowers served as maid of honor. Sara Crable, the bridegroom's sister, served as matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Brianna McPherson and Kelly McPherson, the bridegroom's cousins; and Samantha Bates, the bride's cousin. Mckenzie Harman, the bride's cousin, was the flower girl.
Cassius Altdoeffer served as best man. Groomsmen were Zachary Crable, the bridegroom's brother-in-law; and Zachary Davis, Zachary Kuiken and Tony Barrett.
Registering guests at both the wedding and reception were Alexandria Harman, the bride's cousin; and Alexis Monte, the bridegroom's cousin.
A reception followed at the Wellsville Alumni Center in Wellsville.
The couple currently resides in East Liverpool.
