Christina Porter of North Ridgeville, served her sister as matron of honor. Steph Helkenn of Northfield, Minn., was the maid of honor. Both were attired in gowns of black chiffon and satin.

Zachary Quillen of Athens, the bridegroom's brother, performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Daniel Banks of Streetsboro, Jamie Deitz of New York City, and Jeff Neitzke of Akron. Junior usher was Christian Porter of North Ridgeville, the bride's nephew.

Jeremy Gilpatric of Akron, and Zachary Quillen were soloists during the ceremony and So Percussion members Eric Beach, Adam Sliwinski, and Jason Treuting, all of New York City, performed throughout the wedding. Steel drums were played by Murray Mast of Manchester, Conn., and Matt Dudack of Akron.

The couple accepted congratulations during a reception in their honor at Das Dutch Village Inn in Columbiana.

After a honeymoon to Maine, the couple resides in New York City.
