LISBON - In county Municipal Court Thursday, Jerry Malone II, 27, North Broadway Avenue, Salem, pleaded not guilty to theft; pretrial July 3.

Malone allegedly fled from Circle K East after concealing $114.27 of tobacco products in his backpack.

Shannon Douglas, 28, Prospect Street, Salem, pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest, criminal damaging and theft; pretrial July 28.

Douglas allegedly fled from the 900 block of Prospect Street after police were investigation a theft at a residence. Douglas reportedly pulled away from arresting officers and started kicking and hitting a parked vehicle with her fists. She had to be forcibly handcuffed, according to the report.

Christopher White, 18, Salineville Road, Salineville, pleaded not guilty to assault; pretrial July 24.

White allegedly punched a man several times in the face at a Jefferson Street residence on June 23.

Jennifer White, 26, state Route 39, Salineville, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence; pretrial July 24.

White allegedly bit and scratched the same man who Christopher White assaulted at a Jefferson Street residence on June 23. White also reportedly shoved the man down stairs into a wall.

Vincent Dimaggio Jr., 39, Pleasantview Drive, pleaded not guilty to violating a temporary protection order; pretrial Aug. 14.

Dimaggio allegedly rode his bicycle by a womans place of employment and yelled stuff at her and harassed her while she was standing outside on a break.

Derek Frederick, 23, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to one year probation, 20 hours community service and a $200 fine for obstructing official business.

Frederick reportedly obstructed police from investigating a call at a South Lincoln residence for a loud party.

Michael Hively, 24, Springdale Street, Salem, was sentenced to one year probation, 40 hours community service and a $100 fine for theft.

Hively concealed a PS2 game controller in his coat pocket and two video games in his shorts pocket while shopping at Wal-Mart on May 12.

Theodore Anzelmo, 22, Youngstown, was sentenced to 20 days in jail, one year probation, six months license suspension and a $325 fine for first offense OVI; review Oct. 14.

Anzelmo was driving 65 miles per hour in a 55 zone on state Route 14 on May 11.

Robin Falk, 31, East Third Street, Salem, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct while involuntarily intoxicated; pretrial July 24.
