I've never agreed with schools being able to issue punishment for anything that does not take place on their grounds (it's a home issue for parents to infract appropriately), unfortunately the courts have always sided with schools on everything.

Now if a kid's impared on school grounds, it's a different ballgame.

How long before "random" is actually "targeted"? Or worse, they avoid "randomly" selecting the star QB because the board couldn't stand not making the playoffs in football every year. And who had the bright idea to say, "hey kids, we're going to test you on THIS day, and then after that you have a 20% chance or less of being randomly selected"? At best, all they're going to accomplish is keeping some kids from participating. That's it. They aren't going to stop kids from smoking weed and drinking beer.

I'm just completely disgusted by this, are they educators or prison guards? Do YOUR job, that's it.

The Constitution takes another hit and "we the people" just keep letting it happen. Guilty until proven innocent is what I see taking place here. No probable cause to justify a test. Just "do it or else". If I were still in high school I'd absolutely refuse to be tested regardless of the school systems retaliation. I did it in 1966 when a teacher over stepped his bounds and would do it today. Apparently the school board agreed with me and that teacher did not return the next year. Crestview students....stand up for your rights! You may be under 18 but you still have protection of the Constitution of your country.
