OMG!!!! Are you serious? Never a dull moment in Whoville!!!

This is NOT what they are talking about. L.M.A.O. No wonder this city gets into trouble all the time.

$22????? LOL, my cheeks are killing me.

Weaver when they talk about public outreach awareness, THIS is not what they mean.

They are wanting this city to hold public awareness for Construction companies, Businesses, homeowners, city operations, NOT JUST KIDS. LOL

IMPORTANT THINGS, not some kid picking up dog poop!

Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination

Construction site RUNOFF, that list endless.

Good house keeping by operations of the City. You know like that dumb idea of scooping up snow and all that debris being dumped into rivers? That kind of stuff. Homeowners, Household hazardous waste day programs.

My cheeks are killing me!!!
