Yep and you Halleck are still in denial how our justice system and a prosecuting attorney in this county continues to create "the repeat offender" problem.

That DTF is good, but they are only one 6 month investigation from an arrest and then they fall into the hands of the court system that beats apart their impact and efforts.

Get on full board or get off.
