Ginter isn't a newcomer, so to speak. He ran against Rep Blasdell for Congress in the primary (he cam in 3rd out of 4) and then ran against Sen Wilson for Ohio Senate. He lost both times. Anyone around the Republican Party knows he was instrumental in Newbold's election against Bolon.

The only thing I see, finally a new face which means maybe new representation. So sick of these politicians that roll around from one position to another elected position.
