You are a business owner Grant. This can not help you when you do this. I fight for fairness for all business owners Grant, even you. Sad that you can't figure that out.

What is this really about Grant? Did you think you were going to be a hero for City Council and stop us from talking or questioning our Government? Was this how you su.ck up to them? What is up with this? What do you care about what I say or do. Is this your obsession?

What is this accountability crap with you when it comes to knowing who somebody is? What do you think it would change? In my case...NOTHING. I am still go to question our council when I have questions. How many times do you go down to council Grant? NONE. Public records prove that. You keep up the good work in playing this childish game you play, entertain yourself. Don't really care. But you remember this. Tons of people read this stuff. Not just the people that regularly comment.

One more thing Grant. Your picture of your little behavior, was also emailed to me. You flip out if you knew who that was. You don't know who I am it bugs you. Guess what, you don't have a huge fan base as you think. Now grow up.

OH me too Grant. It will be so much fun. Especially when the people that got destroyed from it learn the truth.

Liar. Can't you read. I encouraged it. Ask questioner. I know EXACTLY who it is and timing is everything.

Now shut up Grant and stop poking fun at people for doing the same thing YOU DO.

"You stalked my social media accounts and tried to use a picture of me as a drunken (GASP!) 22 year old to degrade my character."

No Grant, you did that yourself. What happened was you didn't know how to set your FB privacy settings. Where you made your big mistake, you keep forgetting about "friends of friends" and when they share it it landed on my Facebook page.

I can't help it you are two year old. What do you want me to do about. You want it shared, quit posting it.

"So, about the parking?"

What is the attitude of Nestic? Sit down, shut up, go plants flowers and do your civic pride thing.

Questioner, they don't want us asking questions about these things. They believe it to be NONE OF OUR BUSINESS. Shut up and get out the check book and pay your taxes. L.M.A.O.

You stalked my social media accounts and tried to use a picture of me as a drunken (GASP!) 22 year old to degrade my character. And you're all upset about someone mocking the pseudonym that you created so that you could complain about everything that happens, make wild accusations, say some ridiculous things in a public forum and never have to answer for any of it.

I would never create a pseudonym, not even to make fun of you, regardless of how hilarious I find it. But I have to admit, while I was out of town on business all week, you were admittedly squirming in your chair wondering if it was me and that brings me great joy. You need to get a real hobby Watchdog.

LOL. You're all upset about your PERSONA being mocked. I've had my real name drug though the mud, even by you Watchdog. Grow up. You should be ashamed of throwing the accusation at me, one of the few mature enough to stand behind their words. It's not my fault you're a passive agressive coward. This is pure gold, I hope Watchdogg is a regular contributor no matter who it is.

Glad you found this humorous Grant. I don't see anything funny about it. In fact, there were people questioning whether or not it was YOU doing all this to drive the hate for Nestic. Was it? Remember you were the one that declared constantly YOU were going to take me down. Was that part of the plan? Now you roll in here and push that statement after you went after Nestic yourself and constantly complain just as MUCH as all of us. Come on Grant. This city is to important to everybody. Don't do this.

But I'm trying 1 last time:

Mr Cahill, thank you for clarifying some of the parking issue. I am assuming you are referring to a parking lot, presumably by one of your buildings.

So the city DID let a parking lot contract lapse, or did an option for the lot come with your building?

Will you be renting yours out? To the city? Limiting parking?

The city owns some parking lots? Rents some parking lots? Rents all parking lots? For how much? How can I find out?

And while I assume this lot was good for you, was it good for the city to lose the lot?

Do you know who in the city is responsible for making/keeping these parking lot contracts? How can I find out?

Please, any city person, please also help answer these questions.

Yeah, yeah, easy to laugh now. Let's try a RantMingus out there spoofing you next tho.

Have no idea why it upset me so much. Hopefully I will never ever mention a dog and its privates ever again.

We actually do get somewhat involved at times--which is one reason for being anonymous here. I assume there are others like that as well.

I missed quite a bit, but I have to say I was thoroughly amused by "Watchdogg". Of course this won't be popular, but seeing the hypocrisy come out as most of you got a taste of your own medicine is hilarious!

However, there are some areas I'm not seeing a lot of improvement in.

Did council do much? I'm not seeing it. Can downtown businesses put up signs that stick out? Did we lose parking? Did we hold meetings? Have we spend money wisely?

And yes, downtown is much better than downtown was 1 year ago.

Did Mr Cahill and TAC spur some things on?--I am sure he did.

Did he buy empty buildings?--yes, and we'll all be most glad when they are less empty.

Did the Chamber help (providing paint, etc)--yes.

Do the women (and others) who clean up downtown help immensely?--yes, but they were already doing it.

Did an awful lot of individuals just do their thing (like Ezio's and Rod Herron--yes, for real sure.

Hopefully with that groundwork, we can go some place positive.

I am hoping and praying that the dogg does not come out tonight. Maybe then we can all tone it down and make statements or ask questions or get answers.

I would like to find out if "You are now paying taxes (possibly) that are paying for the TIF zones."

I'd like to know about tax abatement areas.

But even tho these would be hot topics, I think we could stay saner if no dogg stepped in.

Please, go away and let's see if the rest of us can dial it down a notch.

"In the mean time, the downtown IS COMING BACK. Please, do not be a part of it. You do not deserve to share in the success."

We will be more than happy to remember that when it comes times for a tax request.

Keep running your mouth Cahill, the ONLY people you are hurting are those of downtown the same TAC people you are embarrassing and detrimental to.

I'm repeating, as it's my concern:

Mr Cahill, thank you for clarifying some of the parking issue. I am assuming you are referring to a parking lot, presumably by one of your buildings.

So the city DID let a parking contract lapse, or did an option for it come with your building?

If the city is letting parking lot contracts lapse, especially with SuperNats, I don't see that as a positive thing.

Will you be renting yours out? To the city?

This is new to me: The city owns some parking lots? Rents some parking lots? Rents all parking lots? For how much?

And while I assume it was good for you, was it good for the city to lose the lot?

Do you know who in the city is responsible for making/keeping these parking lot contracts?

And Cahill, before you even go there, let me remind about how you trashed Kosiba. "It concerns me that Mr. Nestic is so eager to put this process, essentially the future of Salem, into the hands of Mr. Kosiba, for whom Salem is only a job. He lives in Minerva. He doesn't own property here. As anyone who reads the paper knows, his time and efforts are spent on the north and east TIF zones - and look at how they are doing - the strip center in front of Walmart has businesses in maybe 2 out of 10 spaces. In fact, almost every strip center in that part of town has multiple vacancies. He has "announced" what? Seven? hotels now. None have come to fruition. Only one shows any sign of it. Regarding the continually rehashed $50…any public money would only be obtained after due process and would be used ONLY for public things like new parking lots or green space. Private building owners ARE ALREADY paying for their own upgrades and nothing else WAS EVER even discussed."

Cahill, a city councilman, brought a defamation action and sought to serve process on Doe by compelling the disclosure of his identity from Doe's ISP. Id.

All coming from the same man that now trashes Salem city council publicly. And the public! Imagine that?

Cahill if you have a problem with all of this? Stop posting it PUBLICLY. As for anything else, anything City council does is PUBLIC RECORD.

So you can stop with the intimidating threats. It is getting old.

Ah, now you and Nestic are suddenly buddies? How did that come about? Was it from the the fact that you and your wife lead the charge to all the TAC members to do your bidding and had them flood him with sarcastic emails?

"I NEVER ASKED FOR ANY MONEY FROM ANYONE FOR MY PROJECTS." I DO NOT WANT YOUR $ 50. FOR ANYTHING. READ THE TAC DOCUMENT. THE MONEY THAT THE TAC RECOMMENDED WAS TO GO TO THE CITY."

And your little projects would not benefit AT All from the City taxing this community? I bet you even believe people believe that right? Nice try.
