Area woman gets house arrest for role in drug ring

It appears they had to keep a prison cell open for one of them "real" criminals when they come along. I guess you can't really blame the dealers themselves for the actions of the people that break into places and steal other peoples' property to support their habits, or the actions of the people that have had their brain destroyed from chronic drug use and become violent, right?

Chapman was one of 25 people to plead to their roles in the drug ring that dealt in marijuana, cocaine, oxycodone and methadone. The ring reportedly stretched from western Pennsylvania to the West Coast and Canada.

She got probation??? Probation?????

Um, that tells me that locally, drug sales are a sweet way to make money with basically no consequences. Go, ye poor or greedy, go and do likewise. There is mercy and grace to be found. Go and sell.
