I am a cynic, so that will affect my comments here.

Cahills have bought a lot of property downtown (and in town).

Cahills wanted a CIC to deal with TanFastic. Cahills bought (for what--$1?) TanFastic. Cahills want a CIC again.

"The CIC would be responsible for any compliance concerns, such as asbestos or lead-based paint," The CIC could acquire buildings for demolishment.

Will the Cahills be the main ones who benefit if we get CIC?
