Thank you for speaking out about the need for Ohio to take action regarding animal abuse and neglect. Tougher laws are not always the solution, but intervention in some form, is. Hoarding is a mental disorder that requires treatment in the form of therapy and counseling. Let your voice be heard. Animal abuse and neglect are not animal problems. They are people problems. Your community, its people and its pets depend on your voice.
