"One of the challenges facing the board is the reduced number of birth and death certificates being issued, especially since birth certificates can be issued now from any health department in the state."

Seriously? You read this stuff and you got ask yourself, is he for real? OMG A challenge? Less income? Setty Ohio will not fall apart if their isn't a health department sitting in everyone's back yard!

What does he want to do? Take out an ad in the newspaper? Come one come all, get your birth and death certificates in Salem! We will give you a 10% discount by golly gee!

Maybe you can renew death certificates to a one a year fee?? Money money money!!!

This health department racket is out of control.
