Considering Southeast is a wide road that appears designed to handle on street parking, if I was coming in from out of town I would assume it's OK to park on street if not signed differently.

Mr. Dowd isn't going to get anywhere using the "no one cared when I parked there illegally before" argument, but I do understand his frustration in that the city did absolutely nothing for countless years then just randomly start again.

"He was very critical of the administration and council and said city Service/Safety Director Ken Kenst should not have been able to decide on his own about the no parking."

His own? Huh? What about the laws of this state? Rules of the road? Is anybody even aware of the laws that this city has been breaking with parking violations? Why do people automatically assume because a street is NOT marked with a no parking sign they can automatically park on a street? You know if the police wanted to be you know whats they could have a hay day writing parking violations all over this city if they wanted too!

Enough already Popa. The city doesn't have enough money to repair the streets let alone fund your city wide cleanup.
