I don't think private residential indoor ranges are much of an issue. The two or three people in Salem that have both the interest in having an indoor range in their homes AND the financial means to get one installed probably doesn't create a need for a separate classification.

In regard to public commercial indoor ranges, if the city wants to promote business in Salem then this would be a good one to get pushed through. There's a lot of shooters in Salem and only a few places nearby to shoot.

This is a really good idea. It wouldn't be necessary if Morrissey and Berlin would enforce the laws already on the books.
