If something breaks the law whether they are rich or poor...they broke the law and should pay.

What does my comment have to do with another breaking the law...so don't arrest a person who kills someone because you don't like a person who cheated on a test.

No different then if your employer pays you in cash and you lose it...do you really believe he'll pay you again? Same with food stamps...you have the resposibility to not lose them. If all you have to do is ask for more, you don't have to be careful.

Typical. Punish everyone because a few screw the system

Does this apply to the fraud,greed and thievery going on in every aspect of our society.

The ones who steal billions and get off with a hand slap.
