There is no sympathy in this. Costs have to be reduced, the deficit is in trouble and the people are taxed out. Vins your not fighting for the people you fighting for the healthy salary you make. Jobs are going to be lost and you might as well start facing the music.

This is ridiculous. Just like when they pushed to open up the Salem health department. These plans were no secret, it was being looked at over two years ago. It was coming forward but yet Salem forged ahead with those personal agendas running and opened up the Health Department. You think this is bad? Wait until the full impact of Obamacare kicks in especially when the Insurance exchange goes into place. Health departments will lose people in big numbers. The reality, when people have insurance they are not going to go to health departments they are going to be going to doctors and hospitals for their needs. Health department are going to be reduced to limited services. That is a fact. There is no way small health departments will be self sustainable and somebody is going to start picking up those costs and that is what Vin and Setty is hoping will happen. Vin used the fear tactic..."resulting in a reduction in access to care for many families in need."
