You're talking about compromise but can't even support a "cut" in GROWTH. Where is the compromise?! It's because Obama said so too because under Bush you were probably screaming about the defense (offense) budget, weren't you?

I have seen reports that the defense budget was scheduled to grow 17-19% prior to the smoke and mirror thing called sequestration. If the sequester is not dealt with the defense budget will only grow 7-9%. No matter what the government still grows. Let it go into effect, the government across the board will be spending more than last year.

It's a cap on future growth, not a cut. A cut would make the government smaller. The government is going to grow whether the sequester kicks in or not, but it'll grow less if it does. But they've got you convinced that once it kicks in, you're not going to have something tomorrow that you have today and that it's going to be devastating. You think I'm a smart ass because you're blind, you're asleep and you're drinking the koolaid. You're part of the nation of sheeple. WAKE UP.

I see how serious the repubs. are.

Out of the last 19 legs. weeks of 2012 they meet only 4 times.Put the debt ceiling off until Jan 2nd.2013

Oh does anyone know their where abouts with the sequester 9 days away. Of course another recess.
