Is this freakin for real? Ohio House Bill 197? Who was the lunatic that came up with that IGNORANT "EXCUSE" bill? Looks like we need House Bill 197 1/2.

Anyone that harms a military veteran (will be held to a higher standard and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law).

By the way how many crimes did World War II veteran Robert Kastelic crimes did he commit after his service to this country? NONE

Joseph Eltringham is a P.O.S. Lock him up and throw away the key and stop allowing him to insult all law abiding military veterans.
