There is just more to it than you would think given the issue, that's why it is taking so long.

No, I did not say the press is lying. They just haven't told a lot of the story, most likely because they don't have the rest of the story yet. If you think it's taking too long, I agree but you can blame the legal system for that. Not the city or parties from either establishment.

I'm not going to elaborate any further than saying that for certain, the wall does not belong to Tanfastic. That alone should tell anyone who has followed this a lot, and most people (ladybug being one of them) aren't aware of that.
I don't want to go into any more details because it's a deep story and the legal system is dealing with it. I'm in no way attached to the pending litigation, but I wouldn't want to interfere with it in any way. The story will be told when they get done sorting it out.

Why don't you enlighten everyone, Grant. I've always been indifferent to this matter, but the owners name could be spared at least.

"...the public is widely misinformed about what is going on here."
That is actually an understatement and put mildly!
"Also, if you think Jerry Wolford fixed his building in reasonable time, you're on drugs."
Yep, I agree, I mentioned back when all this broke involving his building...that "precedent" the city council was setting was a big no no!

I'm not going to say much about this, because I don't think I should go into great detail for the sake of the people involved. But the wall falling down does not belong to Tanfastic. The truth about what is going on here has been pretty much hidden from the citizens, at least through the press. Probably has to do with ongoing litigation but either way, the public is widely misinformed about what is going on here.
