The purpose of HPRP, as defined in the enabling legislation, was to “provide homelessness prevention assistance for households who would not otherwise become homeless and rapid re-housing assistance to persons who are homeless.”
I am so happy to see that all those 49 homeless people are now in homes and working once again! Yes indeed. Isn't that right CAC? L.M.A.O. There will come a day when this blantant waste of tax dollars is exposed. Just going to take the right leadership and public living in denial.
