Oh here we go...the showboating for those few moments in a country hyped up over guns and the second amendment. It is amazing how the "right to life" is being hijacked.
This a typical court system in America...they prefer dead victims and live criminals! If the criminals were dead the poor courts wouldn't have anything to do!
And so it begins....
