Private clubs may have been formed for many reasons, but all they have become is a place for alcoholic men to hide from their wives all day because it's cheaper than a divorce. And they'll carry guns too if they so choose.

Either way, if the person with the gun had a drop of alcohol, they better be prosecuted to the fullest extent, otherwise the law will never be effective if everyone gets off easy. With responsibility has to come equal consequence.
