At a time when the man in this article does not get the treatments he needs nor most with serious mental issues and when our moral compass is no where to be found, should we be spending any money on abortions?

Cost to taxpayers: $524 million...
I just wonder how many would benefit from $524 million...or at the least pay off $524 million of our debt.
